This process is also known as Matra Vasti. It is one of the soft but important cleaning therapies for clearing Vata disorders. Apart from cleaning the system it also rejuvenates the body. After a light body massage and preparatory procedures, warm medicated oil is administrated through the anus to effect the cleansing.
